Refunds
We are so confident that you will make money with Bonus Accumulator, so you can claim a full 100% refund during your first 30 days if you are unhappy with our service. Simply send an email to [email protected] from your registered Bonus Accumulator e-mail address and request a refund of your membership.
This is only available within 30 days of your FIRST ever payment to us of any kind, including £1 trials. You will not be able to claim a refund if it has been more than 30 days since your first payment.
Existing customers that take out a new subscription with us are not eligible. Add-on purchases are not eligible. Strictly limited to one per person, household, IP address. Refunds will be denied if patterns of abuse are detected (such as abusing a £1 trial).
How to Cancel
All subscriptions can be cancelled via your "My Account" section by scrolling to the bottom of the 'Your Details' page and clicking on Cancel Membership, this will cancel the automated billing so you will not be further charged. You will be sent a confirmation email upon cancellation. Please make sure you receive this confirmation so that you know it has been cancelled. We won't issue refunds of subsequent payments because you forgot to cancel or didn't complete the cancellation process.
